[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months.

However, the defendant A for a period of three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 26, 2016, around 20:00 on September 26, 2016, the Defendant traded marijuana by purchasing approximately 1,100,000,000 won to the hemp seller G at a house-to-house parking lot located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and purchasing approximately 7g of marijuana from the friju to sell it.

2) On September 27, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) parked in the HA car parking lot located in the medium E-F’s house located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) removed the tobacco plant of general tobacco; (c) put the hemp 1g into the hemp plant; and (d) smoked in the manner of inhaleing smoke with a fire attached thereto.

3) On October 6, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1,700,000 from the alleyway in the vicinity of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint Station to sell and sell marijuana by selling approximately 10g of marijuana from the festaju to the hemp seller.

4) On October 7, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked for marijuana in such a way as to remove the tobacco smoke of general tobacco at H-A car parked in the medium E-U.S.’s house parking lot located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, to put in marijuana 1g, and inhale the smoke with a fire.

5) On March 8, 2018, the Defendant purchased 280,000 won in cash from the street of “J” restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and traded marijuana 2g of marijuana from 15:00 to K.

6) On March 11, 2018, at around 00:01, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting it into the pipe of marijuana 1g, together with L and B, at the first floor of the building underground in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan E-building, with L and B, at the Chinese house office, and attaching a fire to inhale it.

7) On March 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed marijuana 0.66ggs in a certified color storage case, purchased from a hemp seller at the front parking lot of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul E building, into a plastic shoter; and (b) possessed marijuana by storing it in the back part of the back part of the plastic shoter.

B. The Defendant received and delivered Meptopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), and administered 1) on March 2, 2018, Seoul around 03:00 to 04:00.
