A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Even if no one purchases or sells marijuana, the Defendant traded or purchased marijuana over a total of five occasions as follows.

A. On January 26, 2017, the Defendant transferred an amount equivalent to KRW 180,000 to D, etc. under the name of the purchase price for marijuana using a bitco book to D, etc., and purchased it by finding approximately 1g of marijuana, which the said D, etc. was put in an electronic short circuit in the vicinity of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

B. On January 31, 2017, the Defendant transferred an amount equivalent to KRW 180,000 to D, etc. using a bitco book, and purchased it by finding about approximately 1g of marijuana, where the said D, etc. was located near the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Station, and the said D, etc. was included below the chemical portion.

On February 1, 2017, the Defendant transferred an amount equivalent to KRW 180,00 to D, etc. using a bitco account, and purchased the said D, etc. using a method of finding approximately 1g of marijuana, where the said D, etc., located near Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E after air conditioners were put in after air conditioners were put in.

On February 3, 2017, the Defendant transferred an amount equivalent to 1.80,000 won to D, etc. using a non-tecoin account on February 3, 2017, and purchased it by means of finding about about 1g marijuana, which is stored after the air-conditioner outside the air-conditioner room located near Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu.

E. On February 6, 2017, the Defendant transferred an amount equivalent to 100,000 won to D, etc. using a bitco book, and purchased it by finding about approximately 1g of marijuana, where the said D, etc. was located near the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Station in the electronic short box.

2. While no one smokes marijuana, the Defendant smokes marijuana over five occasions in total, as follows:

A. On January 26, 2017, the Defendant, at Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around January 26, 2017, putting about 1g of marijuana in a gambling place, flapsed, and smokeed in a way that flapsed the smoke with a fire attached thereto.

B. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant refers to approximately 1g of marijuana in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and around 102.
