A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

On July 2013, while running the health food wholesale business, the Defendant received a loan from a credit service provider, which introduced “B” by forging documents related to D apartment Nos. 110, 508 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) at the time of Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, the wife C, by forging documents related to D apartment Nos. 110, 508 (hereinafter “instant apartment”), in a situation where the business fund is urgently needed, by Internet search.

1. Crimes related to a secured loan of KRW 20 million on July 16, 2013;

A. On July 15, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents related to the application for opening of an account and the uttering of the above investigation documents stated to the effect that, without authority, the Defendant opened an account in the form of the application form for opening of an account that was prepared in the place for the purpose of exercising the right to receive the deposit of the loan at the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk Central Saemaul Depository located in Seongbuk-dong 588-1, Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, the Defendant: (a) stated “C” in the applicant column; (b) affixed the applicant’s seal impression certificate attached to C’s name without permission; and (c) submitted it to the employee in charge where the name is unknown.
