A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around April 14, 1969, the Defendant reported the marriage with C, but divorced on or around April 24, 2004, and was living together from around 2012. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant was willing to withdraw the deposits deposited in the name of C and to use them as living expenses, etc.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. On September 30, 2013, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s personal information in the column of the delegated person’s letter of delegation using a shot-shaped pen in the form of the certificate of seal imprint kept therein, and entered C’s name, resident registration number, and address in the delegating column, and affixed C’s seal prepared by the Defendant in advance on the name next to the above C’s name.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation for the certificate of seal impression in C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around October 7, 2013, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s personal information in the proxy column using a sBI Savings Bank name (hereinafter “SBI Savings Bank name”) in the middle-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with a sBI Savings Bank name-dong, with a tamplish pen, and entered the Defendant’s personal information, such as C’s name, resident registration number, address, telephone number, etc. in the delegating column, and affixed C’s seal prepared by the Defendant in advance to the name next to the above C’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The defendant 1-A

When applying for the issuance of a certificate of seal impression to C at the time and place stated in the paragraph, the person in charge of the mobile community service center who is aware of the forgery will be the first one.

As described in the subsection, C submitted a power of attorney to the effect that the certificate of seal imprint was duly formed.

B. The defendant 1-B

The date and time stated in the paragraph, and at the location C, the SBI Savings Bank products subscribed in the name of C may be renewed, and such forgery may be known.
