1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the above punishment shall be executed for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2011, Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the one and half years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. in the territory of the Changwon District Court on November 9, 201, and the above judgment was finalized on November 17, 201.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal committed the following acts: (a) as the broker of the I Office in the H 3th floor at the H; (b) as the broker of the J’s director; and (c) as the broker assistant of the I Office in the first place on April 201, Defendant C directly purchased KRW 16860,000 square meters of LA forest in the name of K in the first place on April 201; and (b) as the broker of the I Office in the first place on April 2011, Defendant C purchased KRW 240,000,000 in the name of K; and (c) did not have been delegated by K with the approval for resale of the said real estate in the name of K in the name of K in the name of K, or did not have been delegated with the power to make a sales contract, a real estate sales contract, a power of attorney, issued to the victims

As a result, the Defendants forged a letter of delegation in the name of K, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of exercising.

B. The Defendants preparing qualification-based private documents are in the form of a real estate sales contract in which the Defendants are placed at the same time, place, and place as paragraph (a) of Article 1, and the Defendant A is in the form of a real estate sales contract on behalf of the Defendant B on April 27, 201.
