Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, at around 12:30 on April 30, 2016, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching a white A4 paper to the front number plate of the vehicle with the intention to avoid parking control on the roads in front of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building.
