Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on August 25, 2018, the Defendant parked D Poter truck at the front side of the entrance of the Gu-si B around 16:3 on August 25, 2018, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching two hand debts on the number plate.
