Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or make it illegible, and no one shall operate such motor vehicle.

On November 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) attached papers to B QM5 car back to the registration number plate in order to avoid illegal spirits blocking in the vicinity of the mountain apartment located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to avoid illegal spirits; and (b) applied the registration number plate to the front registration number plate.
