A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) without obtaining a driving license on or around 01:20 on July 14, 2018, starting from the road near the Seoul Jung-gu building while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.126% (Application of the Tramark) and driving the D car at approximately 7km section from the road near the Seoul Jung-gu building to the road located in Yongsan-gu.
2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;
A. Accordingly, the Defendant used the signature of another person, without authority, for the purpose of exercising his right, and exercised it.
B.
