Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court’s support for the promotion of the head of the Gwangju District Court, and on April 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million by the same court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
