[Defendant A] As to the facts constituting the crimes listed in Articles 1 through 3, 7, 16-A, and 17 of the Criminal Act as stated in the judgment of the Defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on June 15, 2018, for robbery preliminary crimes, etc. in the Busan District Court Branch Branch of Seo-gu, Busan District Court, and the judgment was finalized on the 15th of the same month.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On January 13, 2018, Defendant A had been working for the Defendant at the Busan Bupyeong-gu, Busan, using the personal information of K, which was known in the process of opening the cell phone of the former K, intended to open the black PC (PC) without the K’s consent, Defendant A entered the name and resident registration number of K in the customer information column of the “L mobile subscription application” with the examination color pen, and written the name and the resident registration number of K in the side of the subscriber column, and signed by K.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, Defendant A forged an application for the above membership in the name of K, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Defendant A entered the name and resident registration number of K in the customer information column of “L mobile service change application” as a test color pen in order to use the mobile phone devices opened in the name of K without obtaining the consent of K at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a) above, and entered the name and resident registration number of K in the applicant column, and signed by K.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, Defendant A forged an application for change of the above service in the name of K, a private document on rights and obligations.

C. On January 15, 2018, Defendant A entered the name and resident registration number of K in the customer information column of the “L home application form” in the name of K with an examination color pen to apply for the Internet, etc. without the consent of K at the place indicated in the above paragraph (a) and signed by K.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, Defendant A forged an application under the name of K, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. Defendant A, at each time and place specified in paragraphs 1(a) through (c), shall make an application in the name of K forged as above.
