Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 2014, Defendant B introduced E, a sexual traffic broker, from A, who was in a close relationship with Defendant B, and was recommended to engage in sexual traffic with the male and female that he/she manages, as he/she was able to receive a large amount of money.

Since then, at around 11:00 on January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) called the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and (b) called “I (34 years of age) with phone calls from E to “I (300,000 won in the event of a sexual intercourse,” sent by E; and (c) was contacted by E at the guest room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) was sent KRW 1.3 million in the sexual traffic price.

From that time until March 12, 2015, the Defendant received a total of KRW 7.3 million from I for a total of five times as indicated in the following crime list, and engaged in sexual traffic as above.

2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. The Defendants, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Amerasation and photographing of Cameras), conspiredd to take money by threatening the victim by sealing the pages of sexual intercourse between the Defendant B and the said victim I on March 2015 at the residence of the said Defendant B, and by threatening the victim by borrowing his/her photograph.

Accordingly, at around 18:00 on March 12, 2015, Defendant B had sexual intercourse with the victim at the guest room where it is impossible to identify the above H’s room, and took photographs of the victim’s body by using the victim’s smartphone 5S smartphone.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to take photographs of the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation by using a mechanical device with a camera function against the victim's will.

B. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) conspired to take photographs of the victim’s body body and take such pictures from the victim, thereby threatening the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant.
