Punishment of the crime

The Defendants of "2017 Highest 2564" came to know through a mobile phone dumping on December 5, 2014, and they have ever been able to engage in sexual traffic until December 5, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) 1. 2) On December 2015, the Defendant delivered KRW 200,000 in cash to B (n, 25 years of age) at the guest room located in the MaurJ (n, B, and 25 years of age) of the [20,000,000] set forth sexual intercourses with B for two hours.

2. Defendant B

A. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (Commercial Sex Acts) (1) shall be set aside by the Defendant on September 2015 at the time of Ansan-si.
