A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Medication;

A. On October 16, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, in a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the bloodline inside the left arms elbbow, by inserting approximately 0.08gg of psychotropic drugs in the lake room of “D” Dozine in the Jeonbuk-gun Group C.

B. On February 19, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 grams into the Defendant’s accommodation in the Simsan-si E apartment 1424, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water, and administered the blue blue into the bloodline inside the left arms.

C. At around 19:00 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injected them into the blood pipe inside the left arms elbow. D.

On February 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put 0.05g of phiphones into the lodging room of the above Defendant; (b) injected them with water; and (c) injected them into the bloodline inside the left arms elbow.

E. At around 16:00 on April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.05g of oponon into a single-use motor vehicle; (b) injected into a blood pipe inside the left part of the elbbow, which was parked in the G elbow-gu, Jinjin-gu, Seoul; and (c) injected it into a single-use motor vehicle; and (d) injected it into the blood pipe inside the left part of the elbow.

2. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:17, the Defendant: (b) stored 505 gramopon 1 in the J “J” telephone I; (c) stored 0.26 gramopon copon copon copon copon crison inside the string box; and (d) stored approximately 1.57 gramopon copon copon copon copon crison copon crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison crison
