A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 15, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, at the Daegu District Court on July 12, 2006, from the Daegu District Court on July 12, 2006 to imprisonment for three months with prison labor for special larceny, and at the same court on March 19, 2009 to one year for the same offense, and at the same court on November 25, 2010 to two years for the same offense. On November 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon District Court on April 15, 2014.
On December 13, 2014, around 04:17, the Defendant was in front of the “Emart” for the operation of the Victim D in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, and was habitually stolen, or attempted to steals money and valuables of the victims over 23 times in total, as shown in the List of Crimes, from the above date to January 2015.
