Punishment of the crime

From August 8, 2016 to June 15, 2018, the Defendant discovered that the vehicle for the use of E 7 passenger cars owned by the victim E is not opened, opened a door of the said vehicle, and carried the inside of the cell phone with the cell phone finger, etc., and sent 60,000 won in cash, which is the owner of the victim, at the center of the relevant place, from August 8, 2016 to June 15, 2018, the Defendant carried out 12 times in total from the victim’s car to June 12, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
