Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusions, larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on the following occasions: (a) on July 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny; (b) on October 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months; and (c) on October 30, 2018, the Ulsan District Court sentenced the Ulsan District Court to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny; and (d) on July 30, 2019, the Defendant completed

Nevertheless, at around 23:19 on January 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) deemed the victim C'D' livestock product 'D' product 'D' product 'D' product 'D' product 'D' operated in Nowon-gu, Seoul; (b) however, the Defendant did not open any door and did not perform its intent, and did not commit any attempted act. From around that time to February 10, 2020, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 3,17,000 in total over 11 times, as indicated in the annexed crime list, and attempted to steals money and valuables over a total of two occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and has committed larceny during the repeated crime period.
