1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,263,100 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from June 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.

Unless there are special circumstances, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the goods price of KRW 20,263,100 and damages for delay, barring any dispute as to the existence of the outstanding amount of KRW 20,263,100 among the goods price.

In this regard, the defendant has a defense to the effect that the repair cost should be deducted due to the defect in the supplied goods, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 20,263,100 for the goods price of KRW 20,263,100 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015 under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 20, 2015 after the original copy of the payment order was served on the original copy of the payment order.
