1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,05,934 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 18, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff, who is an enterprise manufacturing and selling steel structures, etc., supplied goods to the defendant who is engaged in the manufacturing industry such as semiconductors, etc., and the fact that the plaintiff was not paid 42,005,934 won from the defendant is not a dispute between the parties.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 42,05,934 won for the above unpaid goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 18, 2015 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the payment order of this case was served on the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
