If the purport of the entire pleadings is added to the statements in Gap evidence 1 through 5 (including the provisional number), the fact that the plaintiff supplied the goods to the defendant until January 30, 2015 reaches 23,61,500 won, and the defendant's defense that the plaintiff paid part of the above outstanding amounts is not accepted as there is no evidence to prove that the plaintiff paid part of the above outstanding amounts.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the outstanding amount of KRW 23,61,500 and the delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015 pursuant to the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Plaintiff.
