1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,548,413 as well as 20% per annum from February 3, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with 30,548,413 won in total to the defendant from June 2014 to September 2014, but it can be acknowledged that the plaintiff did not receive the price for the goods even until now.

2. Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30,548,413, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 3, 2015 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.
