A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 26, 2014, the Defendant issued 400,000 won in cash to C within the street park located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Guro-gu, and purchased chophonephones with approximately 1g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in vinyl sylphones (hereinafter “chophones”).

On September 12, 2014, the Defendant administered a philopon in collusion with F in collusion with the method of spreading approximately 0.4g of philopon, among philopon purchased, as set out in the foregoing paragraph 1., using a philopon inhalers in the same manner as F, and driving the philopon in collusion with F.

6. On December 1, 2014, at first night, the Defendant: (a) provided a medication in collusion with I and K in a manner of spreading approximately 0.1g of philopon using a philopon inhale in the same manner as I and K within 702 Maz. G in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) and (c) interfered with philopon.
