1. The defendant A shall be sentenced to two years of imprisonment, one year of imprisonment, and ten months of imprisonment, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The facts charged were cultivated in order of time.

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with the Metropha (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) 23:00 on the first day of April 2016, 201, inserted approximately 0.5g of philophone into a glass disease; and (b) administered philophones by means of heating the bottom thereof.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.5g of phiphonephones in the following manner: (a) No. 1221 of the Gtel around 23:00 on the date in the middle order; and (b) No. 0.5g in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (a).

(c)

On April 2016, the Defendant, at around 19:00, put approximately 0.8g of philopon into a glass disease, together with B, at around 1703, in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and opened the bottom of the disease, and opened it with B with a stalopon, and administered the philopon in collusion with B in a way of spreading it.

(d)

On April 16, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.6 grams to Gtel 1221, and B, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel 1221, and received and delivered phiphones.

E. (1) At around 17:00 on April 24, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, inserted approximately 0.8g of opphonephones into a glass bottle, with B, and opened the bottom of the disease and administered opphones in collusion with B in a manner of accelerating the postponement.

Dodice Defendant delivered approximately 0.61g of philophonephones to B at the time, place, and place described in the above paragraph, and received and delivered philophones.

F. On April 26, 2016, around 22:30 on April 26, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the metropolitan investigation unit of the Seoul Local Police Agency located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Agency, posted approximately 4.9g phiphones in plastic packaging, and carried phiphones by inserting approximately 4.9g phiphones in plastic packaging.

2. Defendant B

A. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on the first day of the mid-term 19:0, the first 703 of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and the first 1. C.

A in collusion with A in the same manner as in paragraph 0.
