1. On July 30, 2018, at a mobile phone sales store located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, about 13:34, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took away property worth KRW 6,136,000, total sum of seven times, including the following crimes, from August 16, 2018, at the victim’s cell phone sales store, where the surveillance of the victim C, who is an employee, was neglected; and (b) the victim’s market value of Samsung G, which was located in his/her table of the victim’s possession, was stored in the table of the victim’s ownership, at the same time.
