Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1217"
1. A thief: (a) around February 17, 2017, at the convenience store for the “E” of the victim D’s operation located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around February 18:38, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property at least six times in total, including the victim’s 4 of tobacco equivalent to KRW 18,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located on the Kacter, and the victim’s Kacter.
2. From April 5, 2017, around 15:59, the Defendant, at the “H” convenience store in the operation of the Victim G located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, presented to the employee the location where he/she has the right to use the stolen bit card as shown in No. 1 of the List of Crimes No. 2, as shown in the annexed Table 1 of the List of Crimes, and then, the Defendant settled the payment from the above victim to the employee where he/she is entitled to use the stolen bit card, and then receive and obtain the payment from the above victim of tobacco amounting to KRW 13,500 of the market value and KRW 12,00 of the market value and KRW 12,00 of the stolen bit beverage, and used the stolen bit card or credit card from the victims three times in total, including the use of the stolen bit card from April 15, 2017.

1. At around April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen at K, located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, “K” on April 14:27, 2017, the Defendant used the gap in the location of the victim L in order to put the victim L in the toilet to the toilet; (b) stolen the victim’s frequently-owned L, one half of which the market price is unknown, and one half of the bank check in the name of the said victim; (c) one of the bank check in the name of the victim; and (d) one of the bank check in the name of the father of the said victim, one of the bank card in the name of the victim, the father of the said victim.
2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit and fraud;
A. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant committed a theft from “P convenience store” in the “P convenience store operated by the victim located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N” as described in paragraph (1).
