On November 15, 2018, the Defendant, at around 20:53, at the entrance of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu and the second floor C cafeteria, was a parking lot parking problem for the first floor, and was found as a restaurant, was a dangerous object to the victim D (the age of 29) who was found as a restaurant.
