Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on June 20, 2017, the Ulsan District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on March 9, 2018. On November 29, 2018, the execution of the sentence was completed at the port court. On November 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the branch court of the Busan District Court, the Busan District Court, and on April 11, 2019, the execution of the sentence was completed by the Jinju Prison on December 28, 2019.

Criminal facts

On April 5, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:00, stolen the property owned by others five times from around 22:0 to April 24, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, in the C-public parking lot located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, taking the charge of charges installed outside the parking room, holding 10,000 won in cash of the victim D, which was located in the parking room.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen another's property during the period of repeated crime.
