A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The list Nos. 1 through 8 and 21 of the total list of seized articles shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant discovered F Cargo Vehicles owned by the Victim E parked in the Gu-si, Si-U.S., and removed the glass window from the Raber, and stolen 4.50,000 won of the market price in the vehicle.

In addition, from around that time to January 17, 2017, the Defendant stolen or attempted the victims’ property worth KRW 8,758,000 in total over 36 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
