Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant, who was owned by the Defendant and used as a road, set up five string posts on the concrete packing roads of Incheon Reinforcement-gun, Incheon, which had been used as a road, and connected the space with a steel fence to interfere with the traffic of neighboring residents.
