A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 03, 2012, at around 11:00, the Defendant, at around 11:00, set up a concrete road (three meters wide) located on the ground B of Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, in order to claim ownership on the two sides of the section 100 meters away from the road passing through the above ground B, set up steel-frames and trees, thereby blocking the passage of D vehicles operating C penta and vehicles adjacent to the above side of the road by blocking the road.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic of the land used by ordinary vehicles.
