A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

B. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.132% during blood transfusion on October 22, 2015, driven a motor vehicle by re-conditioning it from the 7.5km section from the station adjacent to the station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the road prior to the Sungnam-si Change Zone C, under the influence of alcohol 0.132%.

B. On May 14, 2016, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven a car again from approximately 2 km to the 391m section from the 66th road to the 391nd road of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si without a vehicle driver’s license.

2. On October 2, 2015, Defendant B, while driving a car on the roads in front of Sungnam-si, Da-gu, Sungnam-si, Da-gu, Da-gu, Da-gu, Da-gu, Da-gu, Da-gu, Da-gu, became a collision with A-car.

On October 2, 2015, at around 22:40 on October 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the police officer to prepare a traffic accident situation report from the police officer H; (b) had concerns over the occurrence of the arrears of his/her fine; (c) had concerns over the occurrence of the occurrence of the traffic accident; (d) stated the resident registration number of her pro-gu I in the resident registration number column of the traffic accident to be approved, and submitted it to the said H, stating that she is “I” in the sexual name column

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right, exercised it, and used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
