Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 15:43 on May 19, 2016, the Defendant obstructed traffic by driving the Defendant’s Done Starsch Rexroth vehicle on the road, setting up it on the 30 minutes away from the land, which is a place public for the general public’s traffic, due to the intention that the Defendant would not move his name, with his name, and the vehicle without his name.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as above (A), driven a Done Star Corex vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.067% in blood at the same time and place as above.

A. On May 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the Defendant be punished instead of B to take administrative measures such as traffic interference, criminal punishment and suspension of license due to drinking driving; and (b) had B appear in a place where the Defendant was not a police officer; and (c) requested to the effect that “I would like to have the Defendant be suspended from license due to the day which occurred in front of the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam Police Station and the E office to make a report to the offender.” On the 26th of the same month, the Defendant instigated B by having B undergo an investigation into the Gyeonggi-do, the Sinnam Police Station and the E office to the effect that “I would interfere with traffic by driving, parking, and driving, of the Lone Star Tick vehicle as above.”
2. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from A to the effect that “the license will be suspended due to the date the license was taken place in front of the Manam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) instead, it would cause the Defendant to report the offender; and (c) at the police station investigation and E office for the modification of Gyeonggi Sungnam-si, and at the E office, the Defendant parked in the Lone Star Faex vehicle on behalf of A after receiving a telephone call from A around May 19, 2016 to another place.
