A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:00 on October 15, 2012, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven a Crave truck at a section of about 15km from the front day of the Hamno Samsung Samsung F&M unit Agency located in the Yandong-dong, Busan, to the front day of the Korean Agricultural Products Market, which is located in the Busan, Daegu, Daegu, Busan, without a car driver’s license.

2. On October 12, 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, while driving a cargo vehicle on the road in front of the above-mentioned agricultural products market, the Defendant was subject to the control from the head of the police station D belonging to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency for the purpose of fastening the seat belt.

The Defendant received a demand from the police officer to present his/her driver's license, and used his/her resident registration number (F) to deny another person's resident registration number.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, had the police officer enter E’s resident registration number in an electronic device for issuing a penalty payment notice, had the police officer enter E’s personal information in an electronic device for issuing a penalty payment notice, and stated E in the device’s signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged E’s signature without authority, and exercised forged signature by entering the above digital signature electronically.
