A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:50 on October 11, 2018, the Defendant driven D 100c motor bicycles without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, to the front of the same Gu from the front of Dongdaemun-gu to the front of the same Gu.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above date and place, controlled the driving of a motorcycle by breaking the center line, and then used the G resident registration number which is a workplace rent to the above F in order to conceal the fact of driving without obtaining a license from the E Racing of the Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station E Racing Station, in order to conceal the fact of driving without obtaining a license.

3. The Defendant, at the above date, posted the name and resident registration number of G to the said F at the above time, and at the above place, drafted a notification of violation of laws and regulations with G personal information on the police portable device (PDA), and then sent the said device to the Defendant as G, affixed his electronic signature as if he were G, and sent it to the said F via the police network.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the G's signature and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.
