1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the operation of lifelong educational facilities, education consulting, establishment of an education center, and development of course, etc., and the Defendant is a person who operated the inspection hall with the trade name “E” in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu.

B. The Defendant established the Lifelong Education Institute and consulted about F, the representative of the Plaintiff, and sports education service training courses.

The defendant wanted to receive subsidies from the Ministry of Employment and Labor and to proceed with education, since the defendant has difficulty in providing other inspectors with educational expenses in operating the above counseling process.

Article 1 (Purpose) In performing the duties of establishing lifelong education centers of the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “B”), the purpose is to prescribe the rights and obligations between “A” and “B” and to promote the establishment of lifelong education centers under mutual trust by clarifying the cooperative matters.

Article 2 (Contents of Duties) "A" shall cooperate with "B" in the affairs concerning the establishment of lifelong education centers as follows:

1. Appointment of one certified lifelong education teacher;

2. Other tasks required by “B”: 1. Establishment of a Lifelong Education Center;

2. Registration of the training institution in the Ministry of Labor shall be from the execution date of a contract to the completion date of the establishment of a lifelong education center;

(2) Other process development or business consulting services shall be conducted upon the conclusion of a separate contract.

(3) The time the establishment is completed shall be deemed the expiry date of the contract.

Article 7 (Contents and Payment Method of Consulting Costs for the Establishment of Lifelong Education Center) In return for the establishment of Lifelong Education Center, "A" shall pay the consulting cost for the establishment of Lifelong Education Center to "B" as follows:

(1) The consulting expenses to be paid when concluding a consulting service contract for the establishment of a lifelong education center shall be 3,500,000 won in total ( 3,500,000).
