Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2011, at around 03:35, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim, who was a police officer, on the part of the Defendant, who was sent to the scene at the cost of drinking value test in Busan, the Defendant was sexually insultingd the victim as a police officer, by saying, “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am.”
