Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on November 22, 2014, at the victim C’s house located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant had three arms with a total sum of KRW 1,066,90, and a half of the market price owned by the victim under large-scale sexual harassment.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Illegal Uttering of Official Documents and Resident Registration Act on November 23, 2014 presented as one’s own resident registration certificate under the name of G, which is the official document issued by the head of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City issued by G, which was purchased from G, by disposing of two stolen reflects to F as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1) around November 10, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally used a resident registration certificate which is an official document.

3. For the purpose of uttering, at around 10:10 on November 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged statement of purchase transaction in the name of G, a private document concerning rights and obligations, stating “G” in the F’s customer address column, “I”, “I” in the resident number column, “J”, and “B” in the name column; and (b) submitted to the said F, who is aware of the forgery at the same time and at the same place, one copy of the forged statement of purchase transaction, as seen above, was presented to the said F, as a document duly constituted.

4. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Illegal Uttering of Official Documents and Resident Registration Act, proposed that the G resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Geumcheon-gu Busan Metropolitan City issued by G, which was purchased and held by G, was completed in his/her own manner, by disposing of 1 and 1 half of the stolen arms as referred to in paragraph (1) to F, around 16:00 on November 24, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant uses another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully, and at the same time, a public document resident registration certificate.
