A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2012, the Defendant, who committed the crime, had his resident registration certificate for C issued by the head of Busan Gu, carried with him, and had him enter into an account by using the certificate.

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated “C” in the customer name column, “D” in the resident registration number column and the address column “C” in the form of deposit transaction “C” at the Busan bank located in 1, 22-1, Dong-dong, Jin-gu, Busan, and signed “C” in the form of deposit transaction “C”; and (b) signed “C” in the seal imprint and signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written application for deposit transaction in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On December 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:03 on December 15, 2012, issued one copy of the application form for deposit transaction in the name of C, which was forged, to the Busan Bank, which was located in 22-1, Jin-gu Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, which was not aware of the forgery; and (b) exercised the same as if it was actually prepared.

2. Crimes on February 19, 2013;

A. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act and the unlawful uttering of official document was required to present an identification card at the sales store of “G” Handphone F in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, for the purpose of checking the unpaid charges for communications and identification by the employees H of the above sales store.

The defendant presented that he completed the resident registration certificate of C issued by the head of the Gu of the Busan Metropolitan City, which is an official document held as in paragraph (1) as if the defendant was the resident registration certificate of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time used official document unlawfully.

B. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 19:30, at a sales store of “G” Handphone Handphones F in Gangwon-gun, the Defendant: (b) using a color pen to the customer name column “C”, “D” in the resident registration number column, and the contact number column.
