1. From October 27, 2012 to October 22:00 of the following day, the Defendant: (a) while drinking together with the victim E who was fluorous by the victim while drinking alcohol at the main point of “D” located in Gumi-si, Sinsi from around 01:00 on the following day, the Defendant stolen one copy of the resident registration certificate and one copy of the new bank physical card that the victim was fluored with the victim E while drinking together with the victim E under the influence of alcohol; and (b) the other victim’s market price was 90,000 won.

2. Around 03:00 on November 1, 2012, the Defendant ordered “H” entertainment bars operated by the victim G in the Gu and Sinsi F, and the Defendant requested entertainment reception reception workers as if he did not have any intent to pay the drinking value.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with alcohol and entertainment services equivalent to the sum of KRW 400,000 from the victim’s seat.

3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act and unlawful uttering of official documents.

A. On November 1, 2012, at around 06:55, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender from the slopingJ, etc. affiliated with the former U.S. police station I police station, and demanded to present an identification card.
