Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 10:00 on April 28, 2014, the Defendant appeared as the complainant for the investigation of the Mapo Police Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul, 183(Seo-dong), and the case that was accused of forging seals in the C Office, and was investigated into D and B.

피고인은 위 D이 대질조사 도중 피고인으로부터 수차례 욕설을 듣고 조사를 거부한 채 경찰서를 나가자 E 등 민원인 여러 명과 경찰관 10여명이 듣고 있는 가운데 위 사건의 담당조사관이었던 위 경찰서 소속 경찰관인 F 등에게 “안 잡고 뭐하냐, 경찰관들 이 새끼들이 업무를 좆같이 한다”라고 욕설을 하며 소란을 피우고, 이에 위 경찰서 소속 경찰관인 피해자 G이 “조용히 좀 해 달라”고 말하자 위 G에게 “뭐 어쩔 건데, 야 이 썅년아”라고 욕설을 하고, 이에 같은 소속 경찰관인 피해자 H이 피고인을 제지하며 이를 촬영하자 위 H에게 “찍어 봐, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하고, 같은 소속 경찰관인 피해자 I가 “욕설하지 마세요”라고 말하자 위 I에게 “야 씨발놈아, 나도 나이가 마흔이 넘었다, 이 새끼들아 조사를 똑바로 해야지”라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
