A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:20 on December 27, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by forcibly obstructing the victim’s taxi business by putting the victim’s hand while getting on the cab operated by the victim B (Nam and 58 years of age) and getting the victim into his/her cab in front of the Korean National Bank located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, and allowing the victim to divide the victim’s cab meter into hand without any justifiable reason so that the fee may be deleted. The Defendant expressed the victim’s cab by putting the victim’s hand on the knife, ske, etc., and preventing the victim from operating the cab normally by getting the victim from operating the cab.

2. On December 27, 2014, at the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, the Defendant arrested F, a police officer affiliated with the Seoul East Police Station Estation, as a flagrant offender with interference with business, and was under investigation at the Estation office located in the same domicile, and sent to G (Nam, 27 years of age) who is a police officer affiliated with the same police officer in charge of the operation of the police box while carrying out an examination at the Estation office located in the same domicile, on the grounds that he/she expressed his/her opinion that he/she “I am, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick and flicked on the face and flick of the above G, and expressed his/her face to the same police officer, “I wish to flish, flish or flick, fe.”

Accordingly, the defendant's civil petition is filed by police officers.
