B, C, D, E, F, and G are teachers working for a university established and operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff University Faculty Council is an organization consisting of the professors of the Plaintiff University.

I, K, and J (hereinafter referred to as "I, etc.") are teachers newly appointed to A University as of February 19, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as "new appointment of this case").

- Articles of incorporation - Article 36 (Dismissal) (2) - Teachers other than the heads of schools established and operated by this corporation shall be appointed by the President upon the proposal of the board of directors by the President after deliberation and evaluation by the teachers' personnel committee, and the period of service shall be determined by the
