1. The Defendant each of the 6,228,760 won against the Plaintiff A and B, 9,814,590 won against the Plaintiff C, and 5,701,240 won against the Plaintiff D and each of the said money.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant’s employment relationship with the Defendant are a school foundation that establishes and operates “G University” located in the Jinju-si (hereinafter “G University”), with approximately two hundred and seventy (272 teachers), and the Plaintiffs were appointed as G Representative professors and served in the said university from the date of 2016 to the date.

B. Change in the Defendant’s articles of incorporation (1) Since the enactment of the previous articles of incorporation of the school juristic person on July 30, 1977, the Defendant has amended the above articles of incorporation. The main contents of the articles of incorporation amended as of October 31, 2013 are as follows.

Article 18 (Kinds and Fixed Number of Officers) (1) Juristic persons shall have the following officers:

1. Directors: Nine (including one chief director), (1) Article 27 (Composition, Functions, etc. of the board of directors) (1) The board of directors shall be composed of directors;

(2) The board of directors shall deliberate and decide on the following matters:

1. Matters concerning the budget, settlement of accounts, loans, and acquisition, disposal and management of property of the school juristic person concerned;

2. Amendment of the articles of association;

5. Matters concerning the appointment and dismissal of the head and teachers of a school established by a corporation;

6. Important matters concerning the management of a school established by a corporation;

8. Other matters under its competence pursuant to Acts and subordinate statutes or the articles of incorporation. Article 39 (Appointment and Dismissal of Teachers)

1. Professors who work period: The period until the retirement age: Provided, That if the principal so desires, the period determined by a contract shall be within the limit of six years;
