Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the Vice Minister of Public Transport and Labor.

On February 25, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant participated in the “Resolution for the People’s Party (hereinafter “Public Party”) held at the Seoul Square. At around 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 2,00 participants in other assemblies at Seoul Square, and was driving along with approximately 17:40 on the same day on the route of Seoul Square, the entrance zone of the land, and the eculation, the route (4:5 lanes) beyond the reported delivery from around 17:40 on the same day to around 19:35 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles.

As above, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.
