Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two months for fraud in this Court. On November 12, 2016, the enforcement of the sentence was terminated in the Busan detention house.

[2017 Highest 4398, hereinafter “4398”) Defendant: (a) around December 14, 2016, around Busan Station (200 as the center of Busan Dong-gu) around 14:38 on December 14, 2016, the Defendant called 112 to her personal phone (C) in the vicinity of Busan Station (200 as the center of Busan Dong-gu); or (b) even though there was no person who is above a knife from a knife, the Defendant called 112.

On the other hand, a false report was made, and a police officer belonging to the Busan East Police Station D District of the Busan East Police Station who believed it to be true was dispatched to the Busan District.

In addition, from that time until June 22, 2017, the Defendant reported false information to 112 times in total, such as the list of crimes in [Attachment] from that time until June 22, 2017, and had a police officer, etc. who believed it to be true send out.

Ultimately, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with regard to the prevention, suppression, investigation, etc. of police officers by deceptive means.
