1. On September 24, 2017, from around 05:41 to around 05:56 the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported six times in total to the effect that “the Defendant 112 calls to 112,” and “the murder incident may occur repeatedly; or (b) reported six times to the effect that “the murder incident may occur”; and (c) was asked the police officers assigned to the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Western-gu apartment B apartment complex B, Daegu-gu, the Defendant was asked of questions about the details of the report from the police officer E in charge of the police box of the Taegu Police Station, which was called by the Defendant.

At around 05:39 on April 14, 2017, the Defendant reported to the police in relation to the drinking value problem, but did not take any particular measures to guide only the complaint procedure, and reported to the police in 112 on the phone, and reported as if four persons, such as the police officer F, etc., who belongs to the police station D police box that believed the above report to be true, were sent to the Defendant’s residence, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crimes, treatment of civil petitions, etc.
