A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On July 30, 201: (a) around 04:30, 201, the Plaintiff driven a B rocketing car without a car driver’s license at a distance of about 10 km from the front of the Clan Dokdong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front day of the same new Tridong Tridong-dong Do; (b)

At around 04:54 on the same day, the police box in the Yacheon-dong Police Station C located in the Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-gu, the said police box failed to comply with the measurement even though he was required three times to comply with the breath test by the police officer affiliated with the above police box, on the grounds that there are reasonable grounds to believe that he was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as the breathing of the brea while

On the same day, at around 05:19, the above police box was carried out by the assistant F of the same police box, as if the defendant was the defendant's dead village G, while entering "G" in each name column of the defendant's voluntary behavior written consent, self-written consent, the detection report of a drinking driver, and the circumstantial statement of a drinking driver, with each of the names attached thereto, and forged the letter of voluntary behavior in the name of G, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, and then, the above F shall be bound to file the investigation records of the defendant for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking measurement).
