A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 31, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Seoul Central District Court on two years and six months. On June 5, 2003, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime. On February 2, 2007, the Suwon District Court was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of two years and six months.

1. From October 18, 2013 to around 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant, along with E, came into multi-households located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and came into the house, and the Defendant reported the network outside the house, and opened the door door to the victim G through the window opened with the 4th floor, and caused the Defendant to enter the door door by opening the door door. The Defendant stolen it with property equivalent to KRW 10,500, cash, KRW 1,600,000, market price of KRW 4,000, market price of KRW 4,000, and KRW 7,120,000, and KRW 20,000.

2. On October 22, 2013, from around 10:30 to around 20:0 of the same day, the Defendant, along with E, invaded into the victim I’s house located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and at around 20:00 of the same day by the same method as the above paragraph (1), and stolen the Defendant’s house with the victim I’s house located in the third floor in the same manner as above, with the victim’s house at the victim’s house at the victim’s house, and then, one clock of the market price equivalent to KRW 800,000, market price of KRW 200,000 as the total market price of KRW 6, etc.

3. On October 28, 2013, the Defendant, along with E on October 28, 2013, was in front of the Victim K's house in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and reported to be in front of the house, and the Defendant, upon entering the house through the windows opened on the opposite side of the above building, made the entrance of E by opening the entrance door, and after having the Defendant enter the house, three household boxes equivalent to KRW 3,190,000 at the market price of the victim who was in the said place, owned by the victim, and 1,00,000 at the market price of KRW 4,220,00 at the market price of KRW 3,00,000 at the 4,00,000, market price of which is equivalent to KRW 220,000 at the 3,00,000.
