Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 10, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 6, 2010.

1. On June 20, 2012, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim E’s house located in the Busan Western District, and opened a toilet window through the heat gate, and intruded into the said house to the large extent; and (b) cut off 14K posts equivalent to the total market value of KRW 200,00,000, which was the victim’s possession on the cremation site; and (c) cut off with 14K posts and 14K posts.
