Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On February 23, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in Busan District Court’s branch branch branch, on May 11, 2010, two years for the same crime at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court, on August 31, 2016, and three years for the same crime in the same court. 【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On May 31, 2019, at around 20:15, the Defendant infringed on the house through the heat windows of the first floor toilet, and then cut off 10,000 won owned by the victim who had been on his/her book, and approximately KRW 51,000 of the market price, KRW 3,00 of the 10 K K cps equivalent to KRW 30,000, market price, and KRW 300,000.

B. On July 1, 2019, at the victim E’s house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant cited one set of 50,000 won at the victim’s house located in Seongbuk-gu (hereinafter “Seoul”), and stolen 24 K earbs equivalent to approximately 200,000 won at the market price of the victim’s stock located in the inside of the said house, and one set of 10,000 won at the victim’s house located in the said place, and one set of lebs (1 money) at the market price of approximately 20,000,000 won at the victim’s house located in the said place.

C. On July 3, 2019, at around 21:05, the Defendant went before the house of the victim G located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul F and the second floor, and intruded into the house through the window of the second floor, and then cut off the house with one resident registration certificate owned by the victim, which was located on a small book, and one wall with which the market price is unknown on the part of the Incheon E-mail card (electronic product right).

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen another's property within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.

2. On July 1, 2019, the Defendant who intrudes upon his/her residence on July 1, 201.
